Pam has 20 years’ experience working in the private and public health sectors in New Zealand including both clinical and managerial roles. She and her husband worked together in their own surgical practice for many years. Pam was responsible for the overall strategy, planning, staffing, training and financial management aspects of the business and her husband was responsible for the clinical and surgical aspects.
Pam has also worked in banking, insurance, youth justice and has undertaken voluntary roles in the community, including working in the Seasons for Growth Programme for more than 12 years supporting young people experiencing change, loss or grief.
